I have to say Adriana is the best advisor I have ever worked with. She followed up multiple times with me after my car was serviced to make sure everything was okay with my car. I have to say I have never received this much services from Mercedes Benz. I've had multiple services done in the last 9 years but this was the best one because of Adriana. Thank you!

Always a good experience. The staff are always polite, and clean. The waiting area is comfortable, and has the amenities you'd expect from a premier coach works.

The Manager was very helpful in fixing an issue when the service advisor not having a loaner car available. The Manager went over and above what I expected!

I normally don't give reviews and dealerships are my least favorite places because of pushy salesman but I have to say this experience was different. I'm usually a straight no chaser, no nonsense "I already know" kinda person and research everything before I walk in the door. All I need to do is test drive and hand over the check. Mr. Dwayne Smith took all of me in stride as I gave him my terms. He never told me no but instead kindly suggested other options. He never gave up on me instead understood what meant the most to me. Even when I was ready to walk away he gently asked for another chance to get it just right. Although I wasn't purchasing the most expensive car on the lot he made me feel just as important. I highly recommend MB of Tysons Corner solely because of my #1 Salesman Dwayne Smith. I'll be back, thanks Dwayne!

Disclaimer... We're not a fan of dealerships. My wife and I went in expecting to purchase a specific vehicle. Dwayne Smith explained everything about the vehicle (good and bad). He took the time to give us all of our options, suggestions and his advice and was never pushy. He made sure we knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with our phone, etc. Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the vehicle we were most comfortable with. After we decided on the vehicle the process was absolutely painless with him and Justin (finance) -- so quick and professional. Dwayne was so outstanding that as he walked us to my car, we noticed another vehicle that was the sport version of my luxury car. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service; he was able to sale me ANOTHER vehicle while never leaving the lot. Can you believe it... TWO cars!! (SMH, LMAO) It wouldn't have happened with anyone else. We just hit it off like we've been buddies for years. And trust me, we're skeptical of folks. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Unbelievable! I would recommend Dwayne Smith to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I brought my car for windshield replacement and the certified mechanics were so negligent and dropped liquid material they used all over the dashboard and they scratched the front wood panel. Also they dropped some on top of the front hood. Off course they denied that they scratched the wood panel.. I showed my service advisor the condition of my car and he apologized and had the car detailed and they replaced the wood panel but there was a large spot inside the driver side door which they could not remove. I told them it is unacceptable and will not take my car back until it is restored back to the way it was before the repairs. I am so disappointed with the way they handled the job and did not even bother to cover the dashboard and the area around the windshield while they did the work. Not professional mechanics. I would like to update the survey and add that the service manager and my advisor made sure my car was spic and span. They took it to an upholstry shop to have the stubborn spot removed. Overall I am very pleased with the service manager and my advisor. I just hope the mechanics would be more careful while doing repairs in the future.
