Although she was late for an appointment, Naomi Portillo approached me and offered her guidance on getting my vehicle serviced, and the process for obtaining a loaner vehicle. I just bought a new GLA 250 from them on February 22, 2020. This is my 3rd car from Mercedes of Tysons. These guys are always wonderful. Faran was very helpful to me during the purchase and has picking up the phone to answer all my silly questions about the car's technology that I keep forgetting and he keeps explaining and is very patient.
