There are more electric options on the market than ever before, but not all of them qualify for the same incentives. Why? Your tax incentive depends on several factors. First, your EV has to meet the following criteria:
Second, your vehicle type matters when considering your electric car tax credit. EVs are highlighted, but plug-in models may also qualify for a smaller incentive, depending on the brand.
